Rebirthings are a sacred type of Kriya (precise sequences of movement, breathwork, meditation, mudras, and mantras). Quiet your subconscious mind, release old patterns and memories, and elevate into a new space of connection, creativity, high consciousness, and radiance. You'll also experience the healing sound of the Gong and live drumming, enhancing your immersive experience. A restorative Yoga Nidra session will complement the Rebirthing experience to promote deep relaxation.
